Gather: Harvest with Chef Ned Bell

A collaborative agri/culinary Chef-hosted event to inform folks about buying and cooking local BC food to promote sustainable and vibrant living.

Event Overview 

Guests of Gather: Harvest will enjoy a day at the host farm featuring:

  • Pop-up “Farm Market” featuring local farmers and producers offering tastings/information. Guests will receive a takeaway swag bag of produce and locally made food.
  • Tour of the host farm; grower of regenerative flowers. Guests will receive a bouquet of flowers to takeaway.
  • Mocktail hour featuring pours by local non-alcoholic beverage producers. 
  • Cooking demo and meet the farmer presentation by Chef Ned Bell focusing on locally-sourced produce.
  • Sommelier presentation on pairing with non-alcoholic wines.
  • Local musical performances and local artists’ work hanging in the onsite gallery.

The evening will culminate in a long-table dinner in the flower garden (weather permitting; alternative arrangements for indoor service available). Chef Ned Bell will host and participate in the meal.

Tickets: $249/guest includes farm tour, meet the farmer, chef demo, all mocktail hour drinks, chef-hosted long table, zero-alcohol wine pairings, multi-course meal, local produce & swag bag plus bouquet
