Are you a chef with a passion for creating memorable dining experiences? Do you want to showcase your culinary skills and connect with food lovers across Canada? If so, you are invited to join the “With The Chef” community, a unique and innovative culinary tourism concept.
With The Chef was born out of a successful collaboration between Lise Hines and Chef Vikram Vij in Spring 2022. The idea is simple: you host a small group of guests at your restaurant during the early dinner hours and serve them a curated multi-course tasting menu.
Step out of the kitchen to share your personal and culinary stories, creating a meaningful and intimate interaction.

We advertise on Instagram, Google Ads, and collaborate with Destination BC to share this culinary program through their media channels. We also provide you with professionally designed promotional materials, a dedicated page on our website, and printed menus for the guests to take home. If you wish, you can also offer a takeaway item (such as a spice blend, homemade cookies, or preserves) to enhance the experience.
Our vision is to expand these intimate culinary experiences across Canada, collaborating with chefs specializing in diverse cuisines.
