Event Overview
Guests of GATHER: Harvest will enjoy a day at the host farm featuring:
- A ‘Graze Farm Fresh’ experience with local farmers and producers offering tastings and information about what’s available, where and when. Guests will receive a grocery bag of locally grown/produced items to take home at the end of the evening.
- A hosted stroll of Sage and Solace Farm featuring the flower gardens, the ponds and its local inhabitants. A highlight of the farm’s sustainable practices. Guests will receive a take home bouquet at the end of the evening. This venue is highly sought-after by photographers and event planners.
- A mocktail hour with pours by local non-alcoholic beverage producers. Feature event cocktail. Guests will go home with samples.
- A cooking demonstration and “Meet the Farmer” presentation by renowned Chef Ned Bell. Guests will receive recipes to take away.
- A Sommelier-led presentation on pairing non-alcoholic wines. Door prizes will include select wines.
- Live music and local art displays.
- A chef-hosted, plated multi-course long table dinner in the flower garden.
The evening will culminate in a long-table dinner in the flower garden (weather permitting; alternative arrangements for indoor service available). Chef Ned Bell will prepare and participate in the meal.

Includes farm stroll, all Graze Farm Fresh tastings, Meet the Farmer, Chef Demo and recipe card, all Mocktail Hour drinks, Chef-hosted multi-course long table dinner, Sommelier-led pairings, all zero-alcohol wine pairings, local produce and swag bag takeaway plus bouquet.
