Book On Your Schedule; Year-Round
‘With The Chef’ is not a scheduled, one-time event. The evening, which includes a tour of the restaurant and a behind-the-scenes look at the tandoor and the naan-making process, is available to book year-round. Guests simply visit the Chew On This Tasty Tours website and purchase a voucher for the experience at either My Shanti or Vij’s. They submit their top three choices for dates and Chew On This coordinates with Chef Vikram Vij to find a mutually workable evening. This makes it ideal for gift-giving, as the recipients can choose the dates that work best for them.
What Will We Be Eating?
The menus have been carefully selected by the chef to take guests on a flavour adventure that journeys across India, picking up spices and specialties from all over the country. Expect an extensive tasting menu, welcome bubbles, a wine pairing and cocktail options.
Guests will finish the evening with full bellies and giddy from the warmth and personal touch of chef’s hospitality .
